- 2 slices of bread
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 2 slices of cheese
- Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- Place one slice, buttered side down, in a skillet over medium heat.
- Top with cheese and the other slice of bread, buttered side up.
- Cook until golden brown and flip over; cook until cheese is melted.
- Serve warm.
