- 2 slices of bread
- 2 slices of cheese
- 1/4 of an avocado
- 1/4 of a tomato
- butter or margarine
- Spread butter or margarine on one side of each slice of bread.
- Place one slice, butter side down, in a skillet over medium heat.
- Top with cheese and the other slice of bread, butter side up.
- Cook until golden brown on both sides and cheese is melted.
- Slice avocado and tomato and place on top of sandwich.
- Serve hot.
