- 2 slices of bread
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 slices of cheese
- Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- Place one slice, butter-side down, in a skillet over medium heat.
- Top with cheese and remaining slice of bread, butter-side up.
- Cook until golden brown and cheese is melted, about 3 minutes per side.
