Ingredients
  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
  • 1 slice cheese

Steps
  1. Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
  2. Place one slice, butter side down, in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  3. Place the cheese slice on top of the bread in the skillet.
  4. Top with the remaining slice of bread, butter side up.
  5. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes or until lightly browned.
  6. Flip sandwich over and cook an additional 1 to 2 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  7. Remove from heat and serve.
