- 1/2 head romaine lettuce, cut into quarters
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Caesar dressing
- 1/4 cup croutons
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush the lettuce with olive oil and place on the grill. Grill for 1-2 minutes per side.
- Remove from grill and place on a plate. Drizzle with Caesar dressing and top with croutons and Parmesan cheese.
