- 1 lb. large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 12 slices bacon
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- In a large bowl, combine shrimp, olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt and pepper.
- Cut the bacon slices into thirds.
- Thread the shrimp onto skewers, alternating with bacon pieces.
- Grill for 6-8 minutes or until the bacon is crispy and the shrimp are cooked through.
- Serve hot.
