- 2 large avocados
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 ears of corn, husked and grilled
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- Cut the avocados into cubes and place them in a large bowl.

- Add the grilled corn, red onion, and any other desired ingredients to the bowl. Mix everything together.
