- 2 avocados
- 1 lime
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cut avocados in half and remove the pit.
- Brush the avocado halves with olive oil.
- Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat and place the avocado halves cut side down on the grill.
- Cook for 3 minutes, or until lightly charred.
- Remove from the heat and let cool slightly.
- In a small bowl, mash together the garlic, cumin, salt, pepper, and lime juice.
- Spread the mixture onto each avocado half.
- Warm up your favorite tortillas in a dry skillet for about 1 minute per side or until lightly toasted.
- Place 2 halves of an avocado onto each warm tortilla and serve.
