Ingredients
  • 2 avocados
  • 1 lime
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps
  1. Cut avocados in half and remove the pit.
  2. Brush the avocado halves with olive oil.
  3. Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat and place the avocado halves cut side down on the grill.
  4. Cook for 3 minutes, or until lightly charred.
  5. Remove from the heat and let cool slightly.
  6. In a small bowl, mash together the garlic, cumin, salt, pepper, and lime juice.
  7. Spread the mixture onto each avocado half.
  8. Warm up your favorite tortillas in a dry skillet for about 1 minute per side or until lightly toasted.
  9. Place 2 halves of an avocado onto each warm tortilla and serve.
