Ingredients
  • 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
  • 1 ripe avocado, halved and pitted
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps
  1. Heat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush avocado halves with olive oil.
  3. Place avocado halves on the grill, cut side down. Grill for 3-5 minutes or until lightly charred.
  4. Remove from heat. Let cool slightly.
  5. In a bowl, combine mango, grilled avocado, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Mix gently to combine.
  6. Serve immediately.
