- 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
- 1 ripe avocado, halved and pitted
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Heat grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush avocado halves with olive oil.
- Place avocado halves on the grill, cut side down. Grill for 3-5 minutes or until lightly charred.
- Remove from heat. Let cool slightly.
- In a bowl, combine mango, grilled avocado, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Mix gently to combine.
- Serve immediately.
