Grilled Avocado
Ingredients
  • 2 avocados
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Steps
  1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the seed and brush with olive oil.
  2. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat and place the avocados cut side down.
  4. Cook for 3-4 minutes until you get nice grill marks.
  5. Serve warm or at room temperature.
