- 2 avocados
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Cut the avocados in half, remove the seed and brush with olive oil.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat and place the avocados cut side down.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes until you get nice grill marks.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
