Grilled Asparagus…
Ingredients
  • 2 pounds asparagus, trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

Steps
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Toss the asparagus with the olive oil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Place the asparagus on the preheated grill and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until tender and lightly charred.
  4. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and lemon juice and serve.
