Grilled Asparagus…
Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 bunches fresh asparagus, trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

Steps
  1. Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the asparagus spears on a large plate or baking sheet. Drizzle with the olive oil mixture and turn to coat.
  4. Lay the spears on the preheated grill. Cook for about 8 minutes, turning occasionally, until tender and lightly charred.
  5. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar before serving.
