Grilled Asparagus…
Ingredients
  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese

Steps
  1. Preheat a grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Toss the asparagus with the olive oil in a medium bowl. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill the asparagus for 4 to 5 minutes, or until tender. Transfer to a plate and let cool.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the grilled asparagus, feta cheese, and any additional desired ingredients. Toss to combine.
