- 1 9-inch unbaked pie crust
- 2 cups green tomatoes, sliced
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- In a medium bowl, mix together the green tomatoes, sugar, flour, nutmeg, cinnamon and salt.
- Pour mixture into the unbaked pie crust.
- Dot with butter.
- Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool before serving.
