- 1 head of romaine lettuce, chopped
- 2 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- salt and pepper to taste
- In a large bowl, combine the lettuce and avocados.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper.
