Ingredients
  • 4 cups mixed greens
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper until blended.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat.
