Green Beans Almon…
Ingredients
  • 1 lb. green beans
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons sliced almonds
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Wash and trim the green beans.
  2. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the almonds and cook, stirring, until lightly toasted.
  4. Add the green beans and cook, stirring occasionally, until tender-crisp.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve hot.
