Green Bean Salad …
Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup diced celery
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 cups cooked green beans

Steps
  1. In a medium bowl, combine the onion, celery, vinegar, olive oil and mustard. Stir to combine.
  2. Add the bacon and salt and pepper to taste. Stir to combine.
  3. Add the green beans and stir until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
