- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup diced celery
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3 cups cooked green beans
- In a medium bowl, combine the onion, celery, vinegar, olive oil and mustard. Stir to combine.
- Add the bacon and salt and pepper to taste. Stir to combine.
- Add the green beans and stir until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
