Green Bean Casser…
Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 cups cooked green beans, drained
  • 3/4 cup French-fried onions

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook and stir onion and garlic in the hot butter until softened and lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
  3. Stir cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, and black pepper into the onion mixture; cook and stir until heated through.
  4. Mix green beans into the sauce; transfer to a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle French-fried onions over the top of the casserole.
  6. Bake in preheated oven until bubbly and lightly browned on top, about 30 minutes.
