Green Bean Casser…
Ingredients
  • 2 cans (14.5 ounces each) green beans, drained
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 can (10.75 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9-inch square baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the green beans, onion, bacon, soup, sour cream and pepper; mix well.
  3. Stir in 1 cup cheese.
  4. Spoon into prepared dish.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes or until bubbly.
  6. Sprinkle with remaining cheese; bake 5 minutes more or until cheese is melted.
