Greek Style Baked…
Ingredients
  • 4 cod fillets
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh oregano, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a baking dish with olive oil.
  2. Place cod fillets in the dish and pour lemon juice over them.
  3. Sprinkle oregano, garlic powder, salt and pepper over the fillets.
  4. Drizzle the remaining olive oil over the top.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until fish is cooked through.
  6. Serve hot.
