- 4 cod fillets
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh oregano, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- salt and pepper, to taste
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a baking dish with olive oil.
- Place cod fillets in the dish and pour lemon juice over them.
- Sprinkle oregano, garlic powder, salt and pepper over the fillets.
- Drizzle the remaining olive oil over the top.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until fish is cooked through.
- Serve hot.
