Greek Salad
Ingredients
  • 1/2 head iceberg lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 head romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cucumber, sliced
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup kalamata olives
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Steps
  1. In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, cucumber, onion and olives.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, vinegar and oregano.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  4. Sprinkle with feta cheese and serve.
