Greek Fries
Ingredients
  • 4 large potatoes
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • salt to taste

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Cut potatoes into wedges and place in a bowl. Add the olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper and salt and mix until the wedges are evenly coated.
  3. Spread potatoes on a baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes. Flip and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden brown.
