Granola or Muesli
Ingredients
  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, honey or maple syrup, vegetable oil, and ground cinnamon.
  3. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Let cool before serving.
