Granola Bars
Ingredients
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8x8-inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the oats, honey, oil, brown sugar, vanilla extract and cinnamon.
  3. Spread the mixture into the prepared baking pan.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes in the preheated oven.
  5. Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
