- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8x8-inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, mix together the oats, honey, oil, brown sugar, vanilla extract and cinnamon.
- Spread the mixture into the prepared baking pan.
- Bake for 25 minutes in the preheated oven.
- Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
