- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the oats, honey, oil, vanilla extract, cinnamon and salt.
- Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25 minutes in the preheated oven.
- Cool before cutting into bars.
