Graham Crackers
Ingredients
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar

Steps
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking soda and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, cream together the butter and sugar.
  3. Add the butter and sugar to the dry ingredients and mix until it forms a dough.
  4. Roll out the dough to 1/4 inch thick on a lightly floured surface.
  5. Cut out shapes using cookie cutters or a knife.
  6. Transfer the cookies to an ungreased baking sheet.
  7. Bake at 375°F for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
