Ingredients
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the cream, milk, sugar and vanilla extract until the sugar is dissolved.
  2. Transfer the mixture to an ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.
  3. Once the ice cream is frozen, transfer it to an airtight container and store in the freezer for up to 1 month.
