- 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
- 2 pears, cored, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface until it is about 1/4 inch (6 mm) thick.
- Cut out 12 circles using a 3-inch (7.5 cm) cookie cutter.
- Brush each circle with olive oil.
- Sprinkle Gorgonzola cheese over each circle.
- Arrange pear slices in a fan shape on top of the Gorgonzola.
- Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
