- 1 lb. fresh Chinese egg noodles
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons grated fresh ginger
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add the noodles and cook until al dente, about 5 minutes.
- Drain the noodles and rinse with cold water.
- In a medium bowl, combine the sesame oil, garlic, ginger, sugar, soy sauce and rice vinegar.
- Toss the noodles with the sauce until evenly coated.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve immediately.
