Ginger Sesame Noo…
Ingredients
  • 1 lb. fresh Chinese egg noodles
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons grated fresh ginger
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds

Steps
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Add the noodles and cook until al dente, about 5 minutes.
  3. Drain the noodles and rinse with cold water.
  4. In a medium bowl, combine the sesame oil, garlic, ginger, sugar, soy sauce and rice vinegar.
  5. Toss the noodles with the sauce until evenly coated.
  6. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve immediately.
