Ginger Salad
Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger root
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 heads romaine lettuce, chopped

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the oil, soy sauce, sugar, ginger, and garlic.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the lettuce and dressing.
  3. Toss to coat.
  4. Serve.
