Ginger Kombucha
Ingredients
  • 1 gallon of kombucha
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh ginger

  1. Peel and grate the ginger.
  2. Add the grated ginger to a gallon of kombucha.
  3. Let the kombucha sit for at least 24 hours. The longer it sits, the more flavorful it will be.
  4. Strain out the ginger before drinking.
