- 1 gallon of kombucha
- 2 tablespoons of fresh ginger
- Peel and grate the ginger.
- Add the grated ginger to a gallon of kombucha.
- Let the kombucha sit for at least 24 hours. The longer it sits, the more flavorful it will be.
- Strain out the ginger before drinking.
