- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, honey, garlic and ginger.
- Add the red pepper flakes and stir to combine.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
