- 1/2 cup butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook, stirring constantly, until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add shrimp, salt and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until shrimp are pink and cooked through, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in lemon juice and cook for 1 minute more.
- Serve warm.
