- 2 lbs. green beans, trimmed
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Add green beans to a baking sheet.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic and salt.
- Toss to coat.
- Roast for 15-20 minutes, stirring once halfway through cooking time.
- Serve hot.
