- 1 head cauliflower
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Cut cauliflower into florets.
- In a bowl, combine garlic, olive oil and salt.
- Toss cauliflower in the mixture until evenly coated.
- Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
