- 1 head of broccoli, cut into florets
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine broccoli florets, garlic, olive oil and salt. Toss until evenly coated.
- Spread the broccoli onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve with tahini sauce.
