- 1 head of broccoli
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Cut broccoli into florets and place on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle olive oil over the top and sprinkle with garlic, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
