Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 pounds large shrimp, peeled and deveined

Steps
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the olive oil, garlic, Parmesan cheese, oregano, salt and pepper.
  2. Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat in the marinade.
  3. Thread the shrimp onto skewers. Discard any remaining marinade.
  4. Preheat an outdoor grill to medium-high heat. Grill the shrimp skewers for 2 minutes per side or until cooked through.
  5. Serve immediately.
  6. Enjoy!
