Garlic Naan
Ingredients
  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 cup lukewarm water

Steps
  1. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, yeast, sugar and salt.
  2. Add the lukewarm water and knead until you have a soft, pliable dough.
  3. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for at least 1 hour.
  4. Divide the dough into 8 portions and shape each into a ball.
  5. Roll each ball out into an oval shape about 1/4 inch thick.
  6. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook each naan for about 1 minute on each side until lightly browned.
