- 1 cup lukewarm water
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, yeast, sugar and salt.
- Add the lukewarm water and knead until you have a soft, pliable dough.
- Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for at least 1 hour.
- Divide the dough into 8 portions and shape each into a ball.
- Roll each ball out into an oval shape about 1/4 inch thick.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook each naan for about 1 minute on each side until lightly browned.
