Garlic Naan Bread
Ingredients
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder

Steps
  1. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder and salt. Add the vegetable oil, yogurt and garlic powder and mix until a soft dough forms.
  2. Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a ball and flatten slightly.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Place one flattened ball of dough in the hot skillet. Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side until lightly browned.
  4. Repeat with remaining balls of dough. Serve warm.
