- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder and salt. Add the vegetable oil, yogurt and garlic powder and mix until a soft dough forms.
- Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a ball and flatten slightly.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Place one flattened ball of dough in the hot skillet. Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side until lightly browned.
- Repeat with remaining balls of dough. Serve warm.
