- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, oregano, salt and pepper.
- Place the chicken breasts in a large ziplock bag and pour the marinade over top. Seal the bag and massage to coat the chicken.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to overnight.
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
- Remove chicken from marinade and place onto prepared baking sheet. Discard remaining marinade.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
- Serve warm.
